Record-Keeping Agreement*

-a portfolio of samples of the student’s academic work
–semiannual progress report including attendance records & individualized documentation of the student’s academic progress in each of the basic instructional areas specified
-180 days of attendance minimum
-Cover reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.

HHASC reserves the right to request a copy of your records at any point in the year. If you are found to be non-compliant with the association academic standards, your membership with HHASC will be terminated effective immediately.

HHASC Membership Policies/Important Deadlines*
I acknowledge the follow deadlines for questionnaires and failure to submit will result in non-compliance with HHASC policies and will not be eligible to renew:
- 90 Day Questionnaire due by March 1st
180 day Deadline*
- 180 Day Questionnaire due July 31
Education Requirements*
Per the South Carolina Code of Law for option 3, the PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN of the student(s) MUST have at minimum a GED or High school diploma. If the parent/legal guardian does not have the minimum required education, you CANNOT homeschool in South Carolina.
