Homeschool students (& private school students) will not get a state issued diploma upon graduation; the only students that will get a diploma issued from the state of South Carolina are public school students. (It is important to note, the more important high school document is the transcript. Most jobs and colleges want to see the high school transcript, not the diploma)
Homeschool parents can legally issue a homeschool diploma to their student once they have completed their senior year of high school and are ready to graduate.
