We want to challenge our HHASC students to get outside more for the month of October.  This challenge is for all ages! There are so many health benefits to being outdoors even for adults.  We want families to spend at least 1 hour outside every day this month.  This can be playing outside, going on a family hike, reading a book outside, talking a bike ride or walk, eating a meal outside, grabbing some sidewalk chalk and drawing, bubble time outside, visiting a pumpkin patch, or having a bon fire as a family.

(If you miss a day, that is okay! Spend an extra hour the next day outside to make up for it).

You can also absolutely do more than 31 hours outdoors!

After completing at least 31 hours outdoors, log onto the Members Page of the website to submit the form to receive a participate certificate.
